FANS thanks its member, Japanese Society of Nutrition and Food Science led by Dr. Seiichi Homma in the past two years, who will contribute and enhance communications with other FANS members by providing hard copies of their official Journals to all the member societies for the coming five years. The two bimonthly published Journals are:
- the Japanese Journals of Nutrition and Food Science written in Japanese with English summary, tables and figures.
the Journal of Nutritional Science and Vitaminology, all the contents are in English.
